| Anyone who knows the original 'LB' knows that I have spent many years saying "oh why don't they make a such and such that is more like this?" "why can't I find a blah blah that has a detail like this?" "why doesn't anyone make a thing that is more this than that?" For some reason I never thought that I was allowed to make that very thing exactly like I wanted! Silly, I realize, when I've spent a good 25 years at least making little tiny doll clothes, pyjama pants for stuffed monkeys (the tail was a problem!) paper bag waisted skirts and bell bottoms when (let's face it!) they just weren't quite hip!! For as long as I can remember I've been tweaking and adjusting and fixing and attempting to better just about everything!! After our sweet babe was born I sang the same refrain " Why oh why can't I find a cloth diaper that is exactly like I want it to be? And why oh why is it so hard to find beautiful, colourful unisex baby clothing?" So, in the true entrepreneurial spirit of my grandfather I came to the conclusion…"Why not just do it myself?" Why not indeed and so… away we go!
